Location
St. Stefan’s Villas are located 1.5 km south of Sozopol in the central part of the picturesque villa area “Budzhaka”. The bay of Sveti Stefan is located almost 200 m south of the complex and is famous for its remarkable rocky coast. Just 1 km south of us is one of the most famous and beautiful beaches in the Sozopol region – Kavatsite Bay, enclosed by Cape St. Christos and Cape St. Agalina. The seascape here is typical of an exotic beach – high dunes of clean sand, scattered along the entire coast, each up to 5-6 m high. You can enjoy the extraordinary natural beauty of the rare sand lily that grows on the dunes.
