About the place
Our new complex was built in 2017 and is located in the immediate vicinity of St. Stefan’s Villas.
Here at your disposal are two two-story villa buildings, two three-story villa buildings and one separate villa building – a 3-story hotel.
The complex has extensive green areas, an outdoor pool, a children’s pool, a cafe bar and parking spaces.
On the first floor of the villas there is a living room with a dining area and a standard equipped kitchen. On the second floor there are two modernly furnished double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and terrace. Each villa has air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and a veranda overlooking the pool and the yard. In the three-story villas – on the third floor there is another furnished double room again with its own bathroom and terrace with a wonderful view of the sea.
The hotel part offers 9 double rooms. Each room is fully furnished, air-conditioned, TV, free Wi-Fi, private bathroom and terrace.
